Great app

Scam site. Never received my item, Kixify nor the seller ever answered any of my inquiries. Had to initiate a credit card chargeback. Customer service doesn’t exist, they’ll take your money and never say a word.

Every order that I have been getting lately people have been opening up fake claims on PayPal and getting there money back this app isn’t what use to be

I bought a pair of shoes never received them. Only good thing is PayPal protects the purchase so after a month I got my money back this app is trash

Didn’t receive my shoes that were ordered.

Because this dumb site letting it’s days get breached I’ve been having people trying to hack into all my accounts since November.

i’m trying to sell my shoes and it won’t let me log into Paypal and several times I made it to creating a listing and it gave me an error 403 with no reason and deleted my listing which took forever to make????

$225 for Yeezy slides is crazy

I have not received any info about my order & the seller is not responding.

I’ve had a long-standing account here and now for some unknown reason I now get a message saying I’m “unauthorized” to access the pages from brand names and no reason given.

They don’t.. If I’m looking for a specific sneaker for a particular price, it won’t filter. I have to scroll the entire catalog

Take you time to examine this app. The best advice I can give anyone reading this is look at the seller’s rating, if the price on an item is too good - IT IS.

This place is not active. No one buys shoes from here anymore.

bad app doesn't even deserve one star

This website is fraud I order my off white two Jordan’s never received my package PLUS they sent me a invoice with my name & address but FedEx had a different name & address but the same tracking number…I been contacted the seller to get my money NO RESPONSE..don’t order NO SHOES THEY FRAUD

Awesome easy app

Ordered shoes and never received them. Seller lied on tracking number and I wasn’t able to get a refund.

The app is ok, but needs some work in terms of the search menus that gives me a bunch of head aches. Oh and for people outside US, well for me I can’t send the seller a direct messages.

They are shoes and shoes are good some expensive summer cheap but shoes go on your feet they are like skin for your skin

Returns are a nightmare. Kixify takes no responsibility for fraud and you have to all the work thru PayPal to get your money back. I tried Kixify once and will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone. Also when I did get any correspondence from customer service they were rude. There are much better shoe sites to use. Don’t waste your time on a 2nd rate 3rd party shoe scam

Don’t buy from them I bough a item never got a tracking number contacted the seller no answer emailed the seller no answer messaged his PayPal no answer some people no longer use this platform and moved to stok x and goat so what ever items they had for sale they probably forgot to take the item down after they sold it on another platform

First time using this app. I was directed to purchase a pair of sneakers I seen on Kicks On Fire to this app. I set up a account and purchased a pair Nike air Max’s. The cost was $264. I received email confirmation that my purchase went thru and was waiting for a tracking number. After nine days of waiting for it and after one email I sent to the seller was unresponsive I emailed the app Kixify and explained the situation. They emailed me back almost immediately saying that they suspended the sellers account due to fraudulent activities and for me to click the link they sent me and begin a dispute. Although wary I did so. It directed me to PayPal to submit a dispute or claim because I originally purchased the sneakers thru my PayPal account. I started it and then PayPal wanted proof of my messages to the seller which I did through the Kixify app. I went back to the app and there was no proof of my messages. Not only that but thru some hack job of this seller my apoyo al account showed the sneaker had a tracking number, and had been sent and delivered and signed to my house. All of which was fake false and fraudulent. So obviously I can’t submit a PayPal dispute. I emailed Kixify again and explained to them what was going on and that I should not be responsible for chasing payment for a fraudulent seller they represented on there platform and I got crickets. Not one single response back. My problem is that they should chase down the guy and have them pay them not me. I used there platform to purchase something and they were representing a fraudulent seller. Furthermore it was almost as of the app knew this person was a fraud because they emailed me a response almost immediately after I emailed them with a complaint. Why wouldn’t they reach out to all of the fraudulent sellers customers and notify them when they find out? It’s just all the way around the board unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not recommend this app to no one!!! Run as fast as you can !!!!

I tried this website for the first time they said everything was guaranteed I had ordered a special birthday present but when I asked for support or help no one was able to help and now the person‘s birthday is ruined. no product was received my money has been taken it’s going to take over two weeks to get a refund if I even get a refundBut if they guarantee the product they should be able to replace it

Shoes was stolen by FedEx

Sellers sell shoes that they don’t have in their inventory. When you contact them... they ghost you and you have to end up demanding a refund from your credit card company.

I downloaded the app and bought a pair of shoes. Kixify disabled the sellers site later that day. I tried to get a refund and the seller completely ghosted me. Even worse the seller gave PayPal a tracking number for another customer and a different address. PayPal is refusing to refund my money because for them it looks like it was delivered. Kixify customer service has beyond USELESS. THEY WILL NOT BE HELPFUL IF ANYTHING HAPPENS. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

Scammers on here no way to contact customer service

Bad service plus you don’t know what sellers are recent and which ones been Mia for 4+ years so you’re just buying blind

Showing the release dates of the shoes would be helpful and also when they were released. I like the app a lot but missing some small key features and information that would help a consumer make a choice and show releases and dates of when they were released can impact a consumers purchase. Also adding an APO military shipping address would be very helpful as well.

Selling fake flu games spent almost 500 dollars

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from a seller on Kixify under the impression it was an exclusive release and only sold on Kixify. In fact, the Nike app rerouted me to Kixify as it stated it was the only online merchant selling this shoe. As it turns out, the seller mailed the packages to a different location and addressed them to someone else. I have never heard from the seller. Thankfully I was able to resolve the issue with Paypal, but I will never order from this site again. Deleting the app as I write this review. Incredibly disappointed.

Don’t waste your time. Don’t believe me, look at reviews sent to the BBB or even on google. It’s pathetic how people take your money and act like I can’t get it back through my back!!

Scam company like eBay. The company does not sell shoes, they have random 3rd party sellers. Very unresponsive, outsourced customer service. Please be careful trusting this source.

Kixify states it uses buyer protection by using PayPal .. they will wash their hands when you don’t get your shoes. Trolls are using different postal address to send “merchandise” instead of your address to cover themselves and you don’t get anything. PayPal will then deny your case to return your money. DO NOT USE KIXIFY!

If your trying to sell this isn’t the app for you it just doesn’t work doesn’t send code to verify phone, also can’t edit profile just tells you to correct errors but doesn’t give you the error to correct overall if your trying to sell kicks it just not worth the space being that it doesn’t work. It’s a million. App to but&sell kicks so having one that doesn’t work is pointless.

I thought it was going to hurt but it actually felt good. Finding and purchasing was so so painless. Hopefully receiving is the same way!!!

When I first got in this app it was personal buyers n sellers a real community now u show preference to either ppl who pay u guys or stores who this app shows favor to and it’s impossible to connect with actual person buyers and sellers I sell shoes from time to time but they will sit on the site without even 1 look or want Bc of your premier sellers or select sellers if u wanna call then that This app just like many others start this off the back of regular sneaker heads then push them to the side so payed partners or stores can market thier product. Now I’d rather go to a sneaker convention where at least I’ll get a fair look at my products I have for sale n won’t get over looked by the stores who just floods your site and allow buyers to view my product as well

Very unreliable, if the seller doesn’t send your sneakers it’s a long inconvenient process to get your money back. The staff offers no help either.

If your going to buy expensive sneakers might as well buy off goat or even stockx. It’s not worth your time stressing whether or not you’ll get a pair of real or fake sneakers delivered to you.
